Workflow credits are used every time you perform an action within our platform, such as generating SEO-optimized product descriptions, running the SERP analyzer, or writing articles with the AI tool. Each task consumes a certain number of credits based on complexity and length. You can track your usage within your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime based on your business needs. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so if you upgrade mid-month, the new plan will apply next month.
Is there a free trial for the paid plans?
Our Starter Plan is completely free and allows you to test key features like the SEO product descriptions and AI article writer. This can give you a feel for the platform before committing to a paid plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly workflow credits?
If you exceed your workflow credits, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher plan with more monthly credits. Your credit balance is always visible in your dashboard, so you can plan accordingly before you run out.
Do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?
We currently do not offer refunds on our monthly or annual plans. However, we encourage you to start with the free Starter Plan to ensure the platform is a good fit before committing to a paid subscription.

What's the difference between the Starter, Essential, and Pro Plans?

The Essential Plan adds more credits (15,000) and live chat support for $150/month, billed annually.
